ABSOLU BOISÉ

Absolu Boisé is a Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Meunier grapes. It is cultivated on the Lambourgs hillside, on the terroir of our village of Saint-Martin d’Ablois. Matured in oak casks for 6 months and then aged for a further 3 years (at least!) in our cellars, this champagne is an excellent choice to kick off the pre-dinner drinks of a delightful evening.
