Blanc Absolu is made exclusively from Chardonnay, and the grapes all come from the same plot known as “les Basses Ramées”, which was the very first Chardonnay grapevine to be planted on our estate. This crisp, vibrant, and refined Blanc de Blancs is the perfect vehicle to showcase the Didier family’s skills.
